FOC senior's one-day camp was on the 9th of july which I thought was kinda a waste of time for me. Even though I barely did much but was still one of the last few people to leave. damn. Helped out making some props for the videoshoot, with maincommers' attire for the photoshoot, and kinda just strolled around to random games stations to watch because by right I'm supposed to be busy doing 'main comm stuff' but apparently I'm not. boringgg. Went back to hall 2 days later to help out with block videoshoots that took up the entire day. I turned up 15 mins late (2.15pm) but great everyone else was later (3+pm) so I was kinda irritated but oh well I'm just a servant in maincomm with a cool title that's all so just suck it in.
Been to work for redken a couple of times but has now ended and I still haven't gotten my money >:( money issues are the most sensitive topic in the world.
Met up with the girls finally! but sadly our wonderful plans to go to Chris' tea house disappointingly failed because it kinda closed down. So we went to teadot in the end, which was my third time there and second time on consecutive days.
Last weekend my family and I had a rather impromptu vacation at the new equarius hotel in RWS. It was the most awesom-est suite the hotel had, with a living room, dining area, bar counter, connecting bedroom with fat comfy bed and a bathroom that's even bigger than my bedroom at home. The best part of it all was the private river-style pool just outside the balcony. It was only for 2D1N, so we didn't really do much except for swim and dinnering at celeb restaurant 'forest' that probably cost a bomb (but we paid only part of the bomb I think), trying out jump shots on synthetic grass with my hilarious dad and his bad timing skills, and swimming plus tanning somemore the next day. Celebrated father's day there too! It was short, but a good relaxing stay for me and my family :) thanks dad.
Last week was kinda filled with 52, jared kindly invited all of us for steamboat at his extremely inaccessible home (obviously, he lives in bukit timah), and some of us went for a K session 2 days after at katong. Didn't really enjoy it because I'm a non chinese songs person and I think I only know 10% of the songs played, so I lost interest after awhile.
Went for TWG (finally too) with mommy, sis, and bro at MBS. still as good as ever. Ok the most exciting thing that happened to me recently was... we got a new addition to our family! :D
Meet june, the fastest pet buy ever, but definitely not a rash one. She's such a sweet and loving little girl with a whole lot of hyper energy disproportional to her tiny size. We considered calling her energizer instead. Don't worry, belle is still #1 in our hearts.
