I'm extremely glad that our usual gang had a last minute meet-up for supper and supposedly christmas countdown. It was before 12 so I took a bus down to siglap only to stupidly miss my stop and realize that Udders was closed?! Damn. Kenneth drove us to east coast in the end, which I thought was quite a good idea even though it was raining. We spammed sinful junk food and kinda forgot about counting down. Took a nice stroll to the jetty and back, when it started pouring again. Enjoyed the cool breeze, ship lights in the sea, and simply one another's company. Camping and fishing by the beach looks really fun actually! Hitched a ride home, which was 2am by then.
This little trip really made my christmas this year so much better.
Spent the whole afternoon of christmas getting my butt numbed up in the salon chair. Being such a restless person, I almost died sitting in it for almost 5 hours! Horror. Just hoping that my hair won't fade to it's ah lian gold again.
Dinner at my dad's place with my cousin's family and niece again made up for it. Nothing beats good food and good company.
Boxing day was spent with my mom, sis and aunt doing some shopping at vivo. Going crazy over all the end of season sales now that the new year is around the corner! Desigual is our best friend, haha as usual. Made a trip to Ikea in the evening but left empty handed since whatever we wanted was currently out of stock.
