Hello people i took time out to blog again!
hmm... for the past week, i've been rather NOT busy, but at the same time...rather busy.
omg i don't kow what i'm saying but...the point is i haven't studied. :/
ahhhhhhhh i'm such a stupid lazy dumb procrastinating pig.
i'm really quite hopeless.
everyday i tell myself, " there's still tmr! i'll do it tmr."
and the cycle repeats itself. dieeeee.

okay sooo.... look out people for me,chinhwee,annyi&sauyee's design will be on the exteriors of mrt trains nearing ndp.
thank you thank you! i'm very proud of all of us.
well, we were made to go for this 2 day workshop to come up and create the design. and it was held at singapore school of arts (sota).
everyday it was 9 to 5! ahh.... but the good part is, i think moe sponsored quite alot of money in this project. afterall we're the ones making it, if they don't no pretty mrt for ndp!
first day was purely brainstorming on ideas and deciding on the designs for the 6 carriages.
we were grouped with this bunch of sec1 HCI kids. who were seriously acting like primary school kiddies. felt like smacking them for their childishness ! omgggg.
lunch for day 1 was...macdonalds! hahaha. yea like the full MEAL for everyone. you could even take extra.
and they bought like quite a few choices for us to choose from. cool eh.
throughout the whole time in the classroom, they kept bringing in lots and lots and lots of tidbits like mnms, etcetc to keep us going.
more like BRIBARY haha!
at the end of day 1, there was this interview. so they asked us questions and we were being video-ed by this camera man as we answered.

The next day was to create the designs on these huge pieces of paper. drawing and colouring is NOT FUN when you do it on a large scale. bleah.
we were rushing like mad, and the final product was...satisfactory. considering the efficiency and skill of our other group members..
After that we had to present our design to some people from moe. being video-ed, again.
oh did i mention, during the 2 days, there were always camera men in the class taking shots of us. what is their problemmmm. they're like STALKERS.
even when u walk and eat they also wanna take pictures. and it's all CANDID :/

well overall it was a pretty enriching and fun experience. working with the little kiddies who warmed up to us in the second day. quite a cute bunch. haha (:

Yesterday we went to celebrate tay shiling's sweet 16! :D at nyny.
gave her the present before that and i think it's very pretttyyyy oh no i think i'm gonna break into her house and steal it heh heh heh.
so we ordered, got the waitress to take pics for us, then michelle's (or is it xiwen?) food took forever to come!
while waiting and eating, we were watching p.s. i love you, chinese version on xiwen's tablet.
hahaha. so weird right? bringing a tablet out. but actually it's because she wanted to show ling the powerpoint/birthday card! weeee. glad she likes it, and i like it too (:
after that we presented shiling with the small (i think it's very pretty and cute) heart shaped chocolate cake! oh the chocolate sauce at the side was in a 'S' shape (:
we went for free cotton candy after that i felt so SINFUL :O
walked around and tried changing the size for the shoes, but so sad, it was such a RARE show (haha) that they didn't have that model there! but it's okay shiling still wore it home :D

Everyone left after that, then i went ot meet my family for dinner at crystal jade, then we watched Narnia! yay yay yay.
it's a GREAT show. to me it is. kinda sad at first....but i think that the music, setting, costumes and all were really good. the jokes they make are also funny. haha. go watch it!
